However, as you may or may not notice, from time to time we struggle to maintain decorum amongst the moderators of the room. This upsets me. Therefore, I'd like to remind each of you that when you bought rights, you did not buy them "permanently" as some Habbos have been quoted as saying. In fact, I hold the right to remove your rights permanently if I see it fit to do so -- and I have done this, as many of you know. However, without getting specific, you probably also know that it takes quite a bit to actually lose your rights. But it has been done and I will not hesitate to do it again if need be.
With that said, I'd like to compile a list below, noting certain conditions and policies which you are charged with as moderators in my room:
1. Absolutely no kick, aside from gay bashing, is to go without a warning. The Habbo who is breaking the rules must be warned at least once (though I'd prefer more than once, truthfully) before being kicked.
2. You are absolutely forbidden from kicking a Habbo more than once for the same thing. Essentially, you are not permitted to repeatedly kick a Habbo to prohibit him/her from entering the room. If a Habbo breaks the rule once, he/she is to be warned, if he/she breaks that rule again, he/she is to be kicked. He or she may re-enter the room, and if he or she continues to break the rule aforementioned, he/she is to be warned and then subsequently kicked again if he/she does not adhere to the warning. Repeat this process.
3. I have received several questions pertaining to moving furni in the room. Truthfully, it doesn't bother me at all if you move furni -- if and only if you put it back. If I find that furni isn't returned to its spot when you're finished then this rule may change, but until then it does not bother me.
4. There have been several questions pertaining to the VIP door. Frankly, I am undecided on this issue. I feel as though any Habbo -- with or without rights -- should be allowed into the VIP. However, I also notice that paying for rights should grant you the privilege of being in the VIP. From here, I'm going to allow those with rights to decide for themselves if they let someone without rights into the VIP. HOWEVER, if someone without rights is ALEADY IN the VIP, they are NOT to be kicked. I am NOT granting you the right to kick non-moderators from the VIP, but granting you the right to not open the door. If a Habbo you don't wish to let into the VIP is blocking the VIP door, you do not have the right to kick him or her as you can simply move a piece of furni to get into the VIP. You do not have the right to kick a Habbo for asking to be in the VIP, regardless of how persistent he or she is.
5. Kicking for mindless reasons like "he was sitting in my seat," "i didn't agree with his ideas" or "he wouldn't stop dancing in front of me" is NOT acceptable.
6. I've noticed that a few moderators have a problem with getting banned from Habbo for lengthly times such as 30 days. Often, a banned moderator will ask for rights on his or her banned account. I do not like to do this because I've done it before and it's come to bite me in the ass. That being said, if you want to buy rights for your temporary account, you may do so, and I will only charge you HALF the price of rights. So, at this point, rights being 2 HC, if you want rights on your banned account if you are banned, I will give them to you for 1 HC.
7. I truly disagree with permanently banning Habbos from my room. I don't like doing it unless it's absolutely necessary. That being said, please do not take it upon yourself to fabricate a "banned sticky". If I ban someone from the room I'll update it on this site -- don't go just by a sticky in the room as many people have access to them.
8. I also have no problem with people putting their own sticky or photos on the walls. However, I ask that you put them in spots that at least don't make the room look like shit. If it happens to get covered by furni in a new layout, I apologize.
9. I encounter many comments about the look of my room. Some people say it looks like a grandmother's living room, and I'd have to agree. But I like it. While I do accept any constructive criticism of the room (and I do so often) please don't take it upon yourself to redesign my room, lol.
10. Keep drama minimal. (That's simple enough, right? :P)
11. Pertaining to KingHarquid/PrinceHarquiln or whatever it is -- you are to allow him into the room until he starts to attack people personally or starts to gay bash. One he starts this, you are allowed to kick him without warning. As of yet, this is the only Habbo I'm allowing this rule to pertain to.
That's all I can think of for now. Please note that if you break these rules, chances are I'm just going to take you off to the side and be a colossal bitch to you, and give you a warning. After a warning or two though, I'm going to remove your rights. Please don't make me do that!
Also, if you see someone breaking rules, please let me know! It also helps if you have a screen shot of it, which I'd be more than willing to look at. I'm always open to talking about things, I promise! Even if I do come off as a prick, I'm really not!
